Over the course of its studies, GLAMUR has analysed the economic, environmental, social, health and ethical aspects of the food system, developing a method to assess different food value chains and their sustainability performance.
The GLAMUR final conference made a special effort to actively engage a broad range of participants in order to link the project’s research community, other researchers, value chain operators, policymakers and civil society organizations. The invitation was spread by the project partners to the broad range of stakeholders and actors previously involved in the project, to interested parties in the partners’ respective countries and to the organizations based in Bruxelles with a vested interested in the GLAMUR topics.
