Case study: multidimensional comparison of a local and global wine supply chain in France

This case study report presents the results on the performance of local and global wine chains. Two local and two global chains are analysed in France.
The two local chains (LC) consider wines produced, bottled and sold in the surroundings of Montpellier, Languedoc-Roussillon region.
